Abdominal cramps can be caused by many things, ranging from food, drink, stress. If you frequently experience, immediately consult a physician. As a reliever stomach cramps, you can perform the following five easy steps

1. Hot water bottle
Warm temperature of water can help relax muscles and relieve pain due to cramps. You could also try putting a warm towel on the abdomen.

2. Drink lots of water
Drink plenty of water when the stomach was cramping. Water can reduce the acid levels in the stomach. Also reduce the consumption of coffee, tea and alcoholic beverages because it will make the pain worse.

3. Bland food consumption
